Terms of payment
At the Surveillance Shop, you can choose between paying by credit card, prepayment, cash on delivery, Swish, instalments or by invoice. The payments are handled by Walley.
Invoice/ instalment payment
The surveillance store, in collaboration with Walley, offers invoicing to private individuals and companies, with payment terms of 14 and 30 days respectively. It is also possible to divide your payment into 3-36 months (interest and set-up fee may be added). The maximum amount for invoice/partial payment is currently up to SEK 100,000 for companies and SEK 50,000 for private individuals, depending on creditworthiness. If you have questions regarding reminder fees/interest, please contact Walley. A simplified credit check without a reference copy is carried out and you will receive an answer within a few seconds. We also have a co-operation with Wasa Kredit for subscription services.
Card payment
We accept all major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club. When you pay with your credit card, your card details are sent directly to your bank's payment system. All communication between you and this system is encrypted (SSL), so that no one can access the data you enter. The monitoring store also supports the new secure standard for card payments on the Internet (3D Secure), called "Verified By Visa" by Visa and "MasterCard Secure Code" by MasterCard. The payment service provider we use is DIBS AB, a well-proven payment service provider working together with our card acquirer, Euroline (SEB). This payment option is free of charge. For orders where the delivery address is not the same as the card address, we do an extra routine check, as a precaution, to prevent fraud.
Prepayment
Payment is made to our bankgiro account: 5523-4470. The order will be sent only when the payment is verified. It takes an extra day to verify the payment after the transfer has been made. This payment option is free of charge.
Cash on delivery
You pay at the post office/service point. For order values between SEK 10,000-50,000, payment may need to be made by postal order, depending on the service point. The maximum value of an order with a postal advance as payment method is SEK 50,000. Orders exceeding SEK 50,000 are paid by prepayment or card payment. When paying by postal cheque, this must be made out to Posten. A postal prepayment fee of SEK 45 (including VAT) will be added. For items that are not redeemed and therefore returned to us, an administrative fee of SEK 400 (including VAT) will be charged to cover the costs of shipping, return shipping and administration. We reserve the right to convert postal prepayment to invoice payment via Walley if accepted by Walley.
Swish
With Swish you can easily pay directly via your phone. If you choose to pay with Swish, you just need to launch the app and authorise the payment. You will find information on how to do this on the confirmation page. With Swish, the maximum limit for payments is SEK 150 000. Our Swish number is 123 340 94 63, this is normally not needed as Swish is fully integrated into our cash register.
