High quality Cat5e network cable with moulded connectors. It is a straight UTP cable, which means that it is unshielded and thus very easy to handle and adapted for ordinary networks, unlike shielded ones that should only be used in more industrial applications. The cables are suitable for fast transmissions up to 1 Gbit/s, which is more than enough for most situations. The connectors are standard RJ45 which makes our network cables suitable for any network, not just our IP cameras. Occasionally we do not have Cat5e in stock and then you automatically get Cat6 instead (usually light grey).
Cat5e is a standard for network cables that explains its performance. They are designed to deliver 1 GB/s up to 100 metres. This makes them well suited to CCTV applications where speeds are rarely demanding. They also support PoE, which means power can be fed through the network cable to power the camera.
All our network cables are of the highest quality and come with solid copper wire. This means they are well-suited for fixed installations, but also means they can deliver a higher bandwidth of up to 350 MHz.
