Terms of purchase of the surveillance shop
As a consumer, you are covered by the Consumer Sales Act, the Consumer Services Act and the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act. As an entrepreneur, sole trader, association or equivalent, these laws do not apply.
Applicability
The Surveillance Store's terms of purchase apply to the sale of products and services and apply unless otherwise agreed.
Information on products
The products available on Övervakningsbutiken.se are part of our regular range. The information provided here is authoritative and applies to other sources of information and publications with the reservation of printing errors. Information may change without notice due to updates on the product or in our offer. Please refer to product sheets or visit the respective supplier for more detailed information on each product.
Prices and shipping
Current prices of products are updated in real time. Prices are in SEK and include VAT for consumers and exclude VAT for businesses.
The Surveillance Store has the right to change quoted prices without prior notice. Between the Surveillance Store and the customer, the agreed price applies unless otherwise specifically agreed.
Shipping is added to all deliveries. The total shipping cost is calculated when ordering, as it shows which shipping methods are available and the costs for these.

Ordering and order confirmation
When you order on Övervakningsbutiken.se, you accept these terms of purchase. By accepting the terms, you agree to comply with the terms in full, and agree to the processing of your personal data as described below.
When placing an order, a confirmation of receipt titled "Thank you for your order" is sent via email. This confirmation of receipt is information about the content of the order. When the order is dispatched, you will receive further notification by e-mail and sometimes by SMS depending on the shipping method chosen.
Easy payment terms
As a customer, you are aware and accept that the execution of a purchase on the Surveillance Shop website involves a payment responsibility.
Payment can be made by credit card issued in Sweden (e.g. VISA, MasterCard, AMEX) or by direct payment via internet banking through Swedbank, Handelsbanken, Nordea or SEB. As a customer, you can also choose payment by invoice (30 days) or instalment/account via Walley. It is also possible to pay via Swish, prepayment via bankgiro and via postal advance (we reserve the right to change postal advance to invoice payment via Walley if it is accepted by Walley). The monitoring store reserves the right not to offer all payment methods in all cases. In case of payment by invoice/partial payment, a credit check may be carried out.
In the event of late payment, a payment reminder fee and interest on late payment will be charged in accordance with Walley's terms and conditions for invoices and instalments/accounts.

Change/cancel order
You have the possibility to change your order free of charge until the parcel is sent from us, i.e. until you receive a delivery confirmation. Changes can be made by phone to 031-12 56 00. After your order has been sent, changes cannot be made. PLEASE NOTE! If you prepay your order, no changes can be made after payment has been made.
Delivery
An order for products that are in stock and received before 12 noon on a weekday is usually dispatched the same day. The delivery time is normally 1-3 days depending on the chosen shipping method and delivery location.
Depending on the delivery method chosen, the parcel will either end up at the nearest pick-up point or be delivered directly to the door. Door-to-door delivery is only available for businesses.
You can also choose to pick up your package in our showroom in Gothenburg. When picking up, we recommend that you book an appointment to get the best possible service and for us to have the opportunity to prepare your package. Don't forget your ID card as we never hand out parcels to anyone without a valid identity document.
If a parcel is to be delivered, you will be notified of where and when the parcel will be delivered. The surveillance shop bears the risk of the goods until they are delivered to you.
Delivery can be made throughout Europe at favourable shipping rates.
Unredeemed packages are charged a fee of SEK 400 including VAT to cover the Surveillance Shop's shipping and administration costs.
Right of cancellation
When purchasing goods from Övervakningsbutiken.se, you as a consumer have, according to the Distance Contracts Act (2005: 59) and agreements outside business premises, in some cases the right to withdraw from a purchase (right of cancellation). This means that you have the right to cancel your purchase by submitting or sending a notice of this to Övervakningsbutiken within 14 days from the day you received the ordered item.
If you want to use the right of cancellation, you as a customer should contact Övervakningsbutiken via 031-12 56 00 or via info@overvakningsbutiken.se/en for further instructions. All returns must be sent back to us via our waybills. Goods sent outside our system are not received by us. The product amount will be refunded within 14 days of us receiving the return of the item.
You have the right to examine the goods to the extent necessary to determine their characteristics or functioning. If you have used or handled the goods more than necessary, you may be obliged to reimburse the surveillance shop for the loss of value. This also applies to product cartons, which must be in their original condition without taping or other physical damage. The compensation can amount to the total price of the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases by companies, sole traders and associations or equivalent. The right of cancellation also does not apply to private individuals when buying in our physical store.
Complaints
If you want to complain about a defect in an ordered product, you must contact Övervakningsbutiken on 031-12 56 00 within a reasonable time from when the defect was discovered, or should have been discovered.
When the product is returned and the complaint is accepted, Övervakningsbutiken will compensate you in accordance with the rules of the Consumer Purchase Act (1990:932) by repairing the existing product, by a new equivalent product or by refunding your payment for the product.
The surveillance shop's technicians will check/test the returned goods according to the error description you have provided, so it is an advantage if it is as detailed as possible. If the item is found to be faultless, a fee for troubleshooting will be charged according to our price list for troubleshooting services, currently SEK 999 (incl. VAT).
Returns
Returns (due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal or due to a complaint) must be returned in the original packaging or in other packaging suitable for the product, and well packed in shock-absorbing material. Transport to us is the responsibility of the person who returned the goods. This means that any transport damage resulting from inadequate packaging will be charged to you as the customer.
When exercising the right of cancellation, you are responsible for the cost of return with our shipping notes, currently SEK 99 (incl. VAT). We do not accept goods sent outside our system with our own waybills.
Transport damage
It is important that you ensure that your parcel is undamaged when you receive it. If your parcel is damaged, ask the agent to make a note of the damage on delivery or say that you do not want to receive the parcel because of the damage. Any transport damage must be reported immediately to the Monitoring Shop on 031-12 56 00. If you only discover the damage after you have opened the parcel, make a complaint to us immediately as described above or at the latest within 14 days of collecting the parcel.
Liability for defective goods
The surveillance shop's liability as a result of defects in goods, delay or damage (both direct and indirect) is limited to what is stated in these terms of purchase and by the Consumer Purchase Act (1990: 932).
Under no circumstances will The Surveillance Store be liable for any indirect, consequential or other damages resulting from the impossibility or inability to use any equipment or information, loss of information, or loss of profits arising out of the use of information about products on our website.
Warranty and guarantee
The warranty period for all our products is one (1) year. Warranty cases are handled differently depending on the nature of the product. Some warranty cases are handled by the manufacturer but most cases are handled by the Monitoring Shop directly. By signing certain support contracts, you can extend the warranty on the product as long as you are connected to the service. These contracts must always be signed during the warranty period.
Service contracts
All orders come with one year of free support, which then automatically converts to a service contract for SEK 149 per month (billed annually with a 3-month notice period). This service agreement - which is good for everyone to have - includes telephone support (without limits in either the number of cases or the time of the cases), lower tariffs and access to good discounts on new hardware purchases, you are also offered priority to our big sales and other SALE events, NAT connection to the NAT server (extremely smooth remote access, without port openings in the router, public IP requirements or other hassles), DNS service with which you obtain your own static domain name, software updates (where we help you so that you always have the latest software version on your equipment, which is important given today's growing cyber attacks and cyber security threats), hardware upgrades/buybacks (over the years, hardware will be overtaken, new technologies are constantly evolving and we offer all our contract customers a buy-back and trade-in of your old equipment when upgrading to new stuff where you only pay the difference), free out-of-warranty troubleshooting (where we help you with faults, even if the equipment is out of warranty, the handling is very smooth with pre-printed waybills where we even pay the shipping costs to and from our workshop), help with retrieving recorded material (sometimes you don't have the time, energy or knowledge to quickly retrieve recorded material after an incident or similar and we do the job for you) and training (where you, as a contract customer, are welcome to attend all our training courses and seminars free of charge).
Your account
Login details (username and password) to your account on the Surveillance Shop website should be handled so that they do not come to the attention of unauthorised persons. By giving your login details to someone else, you confirm that this person is authorised to place orders in your name and that you are liable for payment for such orders. If you suspect that any unauthorised person has access to your login credentials, you should immediately notify the Monitoring Desk and change your password.
