The AETEK C11-082-30-120 is an affordable but powerful PoE switch with eight ports of PoE+ and two network ports. It supports PoE+ (IEEE 802.3at) on all ports and a 120W power budget for many demanding cameras. The switch is packed with customised solutions for camera monitoring, such as extended range. With a simple button, the range can be extended from 100 metres to as much as 250 metres for two outputs. The built-in surge protection saves cameras and device from dangerous power spikes and increases the life of your cameras. If the switch is to be used to link data to another switch, we recommend AETEK C11-082-31-120. Please note that the product may be replaced by an equivalent from another manufacturer!

Unique PoE range up to 250 metres

The switch is equipped with a smart PoE amplifier that allows cameras to be powered through the network cable up to 250 metres (normally 100 m) from the switch. A small button (DIP-switch) activates the extended range mode where IEEE 802.3af PoE is supported up to 250 metres. For PoE+ (IEEE 802.3at), a range of up to 200 metres is supported. The only limitation is that the available bandwidth drops to 10 Mbps, which is more than enough for most surveillance cameras.

PoE+ for the easiest possible installation

With its built-in PoE+ power supply, this device can power even the most power-hungry IP cameras on the market directly via the network cable. This means a simplified one-cable installation with video and power running in the same place. PoE+ also provides more stable operation of less power-hungry cameras thanks to the large power buffer. All channels support PoE+, so you don't have to worry about where to plug in a particular camera, just plug it in and everything runs smoothly.
